This article discusses one of the most important core issues that Christians need to deal with.

It's become obvious to me, that Church has become big business and the message that sells the best is the one that's taught the most. If a pastor makes people feel warm and fuzzy for a couple hours every week - the Church will grow full of people who follow but don't think. But for a man that has a fire in his belly to make the world a better place on as large a scale as possible - this modern "cotton candy" Christianity leads to frustration and bitterness.

Christianity is supposed to be a faith of action. We, as Christians are meant to be soldiers that stand in opposition to the evil forces of this world - to stand up for those that are suffering and oppressed. Christianity offers everything a man could want in life: purpose, meaning, adventure, and a mission of divine purpose. To sacrifice that and sit in a cushy Church and try not to doze off once a week is a travesty.

The Christian Church is not found in a building; it's found in Christian friends and loved ones that we spend our time with, learning from each other how better to serve Christ.

I have not gone to Church in well over a year - and I've missed nothing.
